So like i said,there are many secrets. I'll arrange them in three classes:
Digimon evolutions (list of Digimons that you can obtain and are not found in recipes)
Quests (list of quests which you can do)
Items (list of secret items)
For those of you who are not so familiar with Digimons (i wasn't when i started playing this map), jogress means Dna Digivolve or simply fuse.
To fuse 2 Digimon, you just need to write "jogress" in game.Not all Digimon can be jogressed.
1. Digimon evolutions
Black Digimon - stated in quests, some Digimon can digivolve black e.g. Agumon.All you need to do is to have virus code while evolving
X Antibody - also stated in quests, some Digimon can digivolve with X Antibody which makes them stronger.You need to have level of X Antibody equal to digivolution level of your Digimon
XV-mon - you need to get Veemon to lvl 35 or more and then get killed by enemy team
Megidramon - get wargrowlmon and buy skull kid set
Platinum Numemon - summon 50 Numemons on your side
Black King Numemon - summon 100 Numemons (after you got Platinum Numemon)
Omnimon - jogress Wargreymon and Metalgarurumon
Paildramon - jogress Stingmon and XV-mon
Dinobeemon - jogress XV-mon and Stingmon
Arkadimon Child - You must have Arkadimon Baby.Then Buy virus code and go to the third portal.From there enter the woods with impmon.Right after first group of 4 impmons you can turn right,and pass that green spot on ground.Piedmon will spawn and you must use your spell to digivolve
Arkadimon Adult - You must go to area below the place where third portal teleports you.You must have virus code with you and use spellon him.
2. Quests
Mini-bosses (this one you can follow by typing "ping" in game,but due to many complaints about that system not working,i'll tell you locations of all mini-bosses:
You can find all mini-bosses on minimap on picture i uploaded.
Babamon's ring - come to Babamon and he'll start talking about his lost ring.Go in the portal to sewers and right above you will see his ring.Give it to Babamon and he'll reward you with 2000 gold.
Barbamon - 1st quest Barbamon gives you is getting his gold statue back.It is located in Sand Ruins, and to get to Sand Ruins just go to desert to the east.There you will find 1 room with cage in it, and when you destroy the cage you will find gold statue.
2nd quest Barbamon will give you is obtaining undead roses from kuramon.They are easy to kill and can be found on the hill just above Dum-Dum Factory,on the north-east side of the map.
3rd quest Barbamon gives you is to kill Goddramon.You can find him in the portal in Dum-Dum Factory in north-east corner.It will transport you to some sort of room where you have shimmering portal,go through it and it will bring you to Goddramon.When you kill him,bring his head to Barbamon and he will give you item he promised.Barbamon then gets 50000 on all stats and becomes the most powerful boss in game.You can try and kill him,he will drop an item which gives you ability to cast illusions.
Omekamon - Omekamon can be found in the portal above forest with impmons.You need to pass demonic gate to come to him.When you kill him,he drops Devine rapier which can be combined into many items.
Hououmon - Go to south-east corner of the map and find an exit from sewers.It will bring you on island with Hououmon.

Pharaohmon - Sand Ruin
3. Items
Skull Kid Set - Get Tael,Straw Hat and Majora Mask
